The popular CoreScope 2 series has a junior sized frame with all of the features of our full-sized microscopes. Enhanced with a floating stage and coaxial focus knobs this microscope allows easier adjustment of focus for the user without removing their attention from the prepared slide. The unique dual viewing head of this microscope allows two people to simultaneously use a single microscope. Since the teacher sees exactly what the student sees, this product is ideal for assessing student understanding of the basic principles of microscopy. Alternatively, two students can use the microscope at the same time, effectively cutting the number of microscopes required per classroom in half. This microscope has a unique USB charging system that allows the user to charge the cordless microscope by traditional electrical outlet or by a USB port.
