The PrepScope 2 series has a 3/4-sized frame and rugged components that make this series ideal for introducing science. The unique dual viewing head of this microscope allows two people to simultaneously use a single microscope. Since the teacher sees exactly what the student sees, this product is ideal for assessing student understanding of the basic principles of microscopy. Alternatively, two students can use the microscope at the same time, effectively cutting the number of microscopes required per classroom in half. This microscope has a unique USB charging system that allows the user to charge the cordless microscope by traditional electrical outlet or by a USB port.
